The office of Great Lakes Endodontics is open:

Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm

You may schedule an appointment with our clinic by filling out our online appointment request form or by calling our office at 218-722-0772 . We will schedule your appointment promptly once your family dentist provides us with your information. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you as soon as possible.

When  you visit we will ask you to fill out our patient registration form in order to collect important information. To speed up your visit, you may fill out our Online Patient Registration Form here, or by clicking the button below.

You may plan on being at the office for 90 minutes for a treatment visit. We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize wait time. Occasionally, a procedure may include unforeseen circumstances which may lengthen the time allocated. Emergency cases can also arise and result in lengthened appointments. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Please give our office a minimum of 24 hours advance notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.
