Financial Policy

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service.  For your convenience we accept cash, check, credit card (excluding American Express) or CareCredit.

Our practice is not in network, nor are we in contract with any of the dental insurance companies. Please note that our office does not except Medicare, Medicaid, or plans purchased through the State of Minnesota.

We will ask for payment to be made in full on the first appointment. After payment is made in full, we will assist you in filing a claim with your insurance company. You will receive reimbursement either directly from your insurance company or from our practice.

If you have insurance, you must present your insurance card on your first visit. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurer. We are not a party to that contract. Insurance companies may exclude certain services from their coverage and limit coverage amounts for other services. it is your responsibility to thoroughly understand the coverage limits and exclusions of your policy. We cannot act as a mediator between you and your insurance company or your employer.

Any outstanding balances must be paid within 15 business days. Any balances not paid within 30 days will be charged a $10 per month late fee. Accounts not paid within 60 days are referred to collections.

While we do not accept payment plans, we do offer CareCredit as an excellent alternative. Patients are encouraged to apply for CareCredit prior to appointment if they are interested. Apply directly to Care Credit. More information can be found on their website www.carecredit.com.
